our client process
STEP ONE
We have each client fill out our questionnaire on our contact page!
Once we receive their contact form, we’ll schedule a call to discuss the exact needs of our client and determine if we are a good fit to bring their vision and project to life. After this introductory call, we will create a proposal that goes over the timeline, process, photoshoot availability, and pricing options – all catered to their specific content needs.
STEP TWO
Once we get the green light from our client, we will schedule the photoshoot typically about one month prior to when our client needs the images. For example, we would shoot August’s content in July, so… the sooner we can get our client’s on our books, the better! Prior to the photoshoot, we’ll hop on a call with our clients to go over a shot list for our day of shoot!
STEP THREE
We go to our client’s showroom, client project, or their beautiful home and let the magic happen! We really focus on capturing the wide spaces, as well as the close-up vignettes, and lifestyle shots for movement. This allows our clients to have a variety of content to work with and really shows their followers and potential customers their scope of work!
We have around a three-week turnaround time to hand over all the images to our client. We spend time sorting through images, editing, and making final adjustments to make sure the lighting and coloring are exactly what our client is looking for.
STEP FOUR
By this point, our clients have everything they need and are ready to showcase their business, client projects, and brand across social media platforms and e-commerce sites!
