one
how much do you charge?
Every client’s needs are different, which means we charge on client by client basis. We first hop on a phone call to hear exactly what our clients needs are and then put together a proposal with different pricing options for them to work with.
two
can we hire you for a half-day photoshoot?
We do not offer any half-day photoshoot rates and only produce full-day photoshoots or multiple-day photoshoots. What we do for clients who might have smaller-scale projects or partially completed projects, we will split the day between the two locations. If the homes/projects are in close proximity and each has anywhere from 1 - 3 spaces, then we can absolutely photograph both within a day!
If it's not possible to get to both locations on the same day and we're able to only shoot at one location – we've used half the day to focus on interior shots and the other half on lifestyle images such as photos of the team, someone styling, or more styled/lifestyle interior vignettes.
Our goal for each day's photoshoot with our clients is to always maximize our time together and capturing both interior and lifestyle images can really help showcase all aspects of our client’s brand!
three
can you manage my social media page?
We do not manage the posting and engagement for our client’s social media pages. We know what we do best, which is content creation, and want to make sure we are using our resources to provide our clients with the highest quality content!
However, we like to call ourselves *secret social media coaches* to our clients because we will always share the latest and best practices for social media or answer any questions they might have. Such as - how often should we be posting stories or how do hashtags work?!
Although we are simply providing digital content, we never want our clients to feel lost or anxious along the way and are always here to give advice and answer any questions for our clients!
four
can we work together if we aren’t located in Los Angeles?
We travel all throughout the coastline of California to work with clients. We will calculate and include all travel costs in a proposal tailored exactly to your needs!
five
what happens if we have to reschedule or cancel the shoot?
To lock in your photoshoot date on our calendar, we require a 20% deposit that is non-refundable. If you give us a 7-day notice that you need to reschedule your photoshoot date, we can work with you to find the next available time on our calendar. If you cancel within or after the 5-day timeline, we keep the 20% deposit. We don’t do this to steal money from clients, we do this to protect ourselves because our time is as valuable as yours. We are most likely turning down other photoshoots that day and tends to be difficult rearranging shoots with other clients with such short notice.
six
do you give out unedited photos?
We do not give our clients any unedited work. However, we do work with our clients to figure out the coloring, tone, and overall aesthetic they want to achieve through their imagery and feed!
seven
how does payment work?
We send all of our clients an invoice through Quickbooks! The remainder of the payment is to be paid the day we send our clients all final deliverables. With Quickbooks, you can pay directly online.
eight
how far in advance should we book and when can we expect our images + calendar?
We have a three-week turnaround time to send our client all final deliverables. We give ourselves enough time to provide our clients with the highest quality of work. We always mention this timeline, so our clients can book far enough in advance to receive their content when they need it. For example, if you are wanting content to post July 1st, we would need to book the photoshoot beginning of June to ensure your content is delivered before the start of the month and our clients have enough time to caption their images!
